Summary The Business Development Representative is an entry level position with a clear career growth path.  This position is part of a developmental program, designed to cultivate our next generation Sales Force. This role has an opportunity to learn business development skills, techniques and processes. This position will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating sales qualified leads. This position will also be required to contact prospects who have responded to campaigns, marketing events, websites, referrals, phone inquiries and have shown a high level of interest in ConvergeOne and the solutions and services we offer. As well as, being responsible for data entry and the integrity of all lead and customer data.  A successful Business Development Representative will have an opportunity and promotion path to move to an Inside Cloud Account Manager position (ICAM).

Summary The Senior IT Trainer role encompasses the responsibilities of the IT Trainer as well as the Management of IT Training Projects.  The scope of this role is to manage, develop, implement, and maintain training programs related to business critical systems within the organization.  In this role, the Senior IT Trainer will work with the IT Training Manager, project teams (PM’s, BA’s, BSA’s, etc.), and business units to manage, develop and execute IT Training Projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.      #LI - Remote

At a high-level the Engineer C1C Ops will play a key role in the successful customization, deployment and support of the C1Conversations platform.  The Engineer C1C Ops draws upon a deep understanding of software development and software deployment/support to ensure customers’ C1Conversations requirements are executed and supported throughout the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) lifecycle.  At any point, the Engineer C1C Ops may be engaged in C1Conversations solutions design, customization, installation, configuration,  production cutover, and Day2 support.

The Application Developer (Java Developer) role reports into the Senior Application Development Lead. The Java Developer drives innovative Server-side designs for ConvergeOne (C1) software products. This is sometimes referred-to as backend development. The Java Developer works with the lead to identify the user stories and tasks and prioritizes development, builds the tasks’ technical design, and develops in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodology of product software. The Java Developer will undertake coding of complex services and will work with development sprints and daily standup meetings.

Summary The Team Lead, Software Development – BI (Team Lead BI) is a senior role reporting into the Director of Engineering. The Team Lead - BI) is the subject matter expert for incorporating Business Intelligence (BI) in ConvergeOne (C1) software products. BI scope includes Operational, Business, Behavioral and Predictive Analytics. The Team Lead BI identifies and prioritizes BI requirements, builds the technical design, selects BI vendors and tools, and leads a team of C1 developers and contractors in the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) of BI solutions. The Team Lead BI will in some cases build specific Big Data Methods and Visualization, and will lead development sprints and standup meetings.   #LI-Remote
